That is nuts.

Meagan and I felt inspired to put our creative minds (HA) to work. She found this great DIY blog with really great craft ideas. One that we attempted to recreate was the DIY Braided Hex Nuts bracelet. The craft only requires Twine (or Jute as we like to call it)18 hex nuts and the most important - a bit of dexterity.

Final result! We got both the twine and hex nuts at Canadian Tire.

What we would recommend:
- A LOT of dexterity
- Something softer than twine - SO itchy. Hemp would be a good alternative.
- Brass hex nuts (if you can find some - we couldn't)
- Air popped popcorn with a pinch of sea salt or no-name seasoning salt.

Winter Texting.

Thanks to my iPhone, I have been freezing my small hands all winter. I have tried the touch screen glove, but my hands are too small.  I have tried the ''texting in my coat and look like an idiot method'' but I look like Quasimodo.  Fear no more, I think I have found a solution.

Confessions of a nail polish addict.

I can never have enough (that's what she said) nail polish. In all seriousness,  I have over 62 bottles and if we do the math... okay, I don't want to go there. Here is a sneak peek of my collection.

62  and still counting. A few are missing I'm sure.

To my defence, nail polish stops me from biting my nails - a habit I've quit over 3 years ago.  Thanks OPI!
