Falling off the waggon.

I'm finishing up my Career Coaching Certificate at work. Through this course, I have learnt what career coaching is VS consulting and counselling. With this course came a lot of self reflection on goal setting, listening, achieving... etc.  When applied to my own life, i.e goal settings, I realised how my goal, once so important to me, seemed to have been put on the back burner.

Once motivated and filled with will power - I am neither of those things now. I have let my emotional eating patterns creep back into my life. The cycle is so familiar - feelings - eating - feelings. Life kind of happens I guess. A few series of unfortunate events and BAM, off the waggon. In fact, I'm not sure where the waggon is anymore but I am determined to find it. I've done it before, I can do it again.

Being held accountable is what  helped me reach my goal in the past.  By re-introducing the healthy lifestyle in my day to day living, I should be able to reach my goal, once again. I'm a little embarrassed to start over and show my face to yet another Weight Watchers meeting, but if it's what I need in order to get back on track then so be it! Plus I'm a Life Member, so might as well take advantage of that!

Here it is folks! Wish me luck.

Thanks Ryan, I appreciate it.
